Job Title: Digital Media Sales Manager IBT Media

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Sales Manager to lead our sales team in New York City and drive revenue growth through the sale of digital media products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold-calling, and prospecting

• Manage existing client relationships, including renewals and upselling

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and leads

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer data in CRM system

• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth

• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and to build relationships with industry peers

• Train and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in digital media

• Experience in managing a sales team, including setting targets, coaching, and performance management

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of digital media products and services, including display advertising, social media, search engine marketing, and programmatic advertising

• Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in CRM and sales software
